Suggested use:

It is recommended to consume 2-3 cups a day between meals, from morning to afternoon due to its invigorating effect. Shake the contents of the box before use! The powder that dissolves is drinkable, as it is matcha tea itself. Attention: If the tea is made too strong, it may feel too spicy. In this case, feel free to dilute with water as desired.
