PRODUCT DETAIL

Andrographis paniculata, the name of traditional Chinese medicine. It is the dry aboveground part of Andrographis paniculata (Burm. F.) nees. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification, cooling blood, detumescence and drying dampness. It is mainly used for external wind heat, the beginning of febrile disease, lung heat cough and asthma, lung carbuncle and pus vomiting, sore throat, damp heat diarrhea, hot shower and astringent pain, warm rash and pruritus, carbuncle and sore poison, snake and insect bite. The stem of this product is square columnar, multi branched, 50-70cm long, and the nodes are slightly expanded; It is brittle and easy to break. Leaves simple, opposite, petiole short or subsessile; The leaf blade shrinks and is fragile. If it is complete, it is lanceolate or ovate lanceolate after flattening, 3-12cm long and 2-5cm wide. The apex is acuminate, the base is cuneate and downward extending, entire or wavy; The upper surface is green, the lower surface is grayish green, and both sides are smooth.
