Suggested Use:
As a supplement, adults take 500 mg–1000 mg (1 gram) daily. The most efficient administration of NMN is Sublingual. Hold powder under the tongue for 1–2 minutes, then swallow.

We supply scoop(s), 1.25 CC ( 1/4 teaspoon) with every powder order (Subject to availability). One scoop (1/4 teaspoon) NMN equals approx. 250 mg. (Scoops are shipped only with an order of resveratrol or NMN powder, and may not be backordered, or shipped separately). Any measuring spoon set may be used.
