Word salvia comes from lat. salvus, which stands for healthy. It is then no coincidence, that the ancient Romans used it as medicine for various illnesses. The organic Sage Honey, known as the Gold of island Rab, or The honey of all honeys; features a soothing, highly aromatic taste experience accompanied by a strong antiseptic effect. It is highly effective in cases of respiratory system issues.
Natura Rab undertakes this honey harvest during months of May & June, with our beehives situated on the south side of island Rab, within a dedicated geographic area monitored by our organic production supervising institution AgriBioCert.
