The yeasts fermentation meets the infusions of organic medicinal plants from our recipes, along with barley malt and wheat malt. The result, contained in a 33 cl can, is a well balanced sparkling drink with a nice acidity and a 4.8% alcohol content. It’s a summer refreshing drink that’s suitable for the whole year with a taste that makes you think of a wine refermented in the bottle.
