In culture
Chamomile has been used since the time of the ancient Greeks. It is to be found in virtually every family’s cupboard, it is a must-have herb for the cold winter months, a go-to drink for general ailments and the nation’s favourite night-time tea. Many girls decorate their hair with chamomile flowers on May Day, and chamomile wreaths are hung on doors to welcome spring, its sweet fragrance lingering in the air for days.
Methods and recipe
This tea has been produced ethically and sustainably without the use of chemicals or pesticides, hand-picked to arrive in pristine condition, and dried using traditional methods. Chamomile is a highly delicate and vulnerable plant, and our methods for caring for, harvesting and preserving it are labour intensive. But this care is rewarded with a beautiful, sweet, flowery aroma during the steeping process, and then on the palate all the abundance of fruit and flower you’d expect from the very best premium chamomile. Its complete lack of bitterness really helps set it apart.
Chamomile tea health benefits

Proponents also claim multiple skin benefits and antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects.
