Company Introduction
Our focus is supplying botanical plant materials, cold-pressed and essential oils, including certain botanical butters. We only source from ethical and environmentally sustainable producers. Our producers follow fair labour practices and comply with their country’s labour laws. We do not support any product from any plant or tree that is considered endangered or threatened. Naturally, we subscribe to the principles and guidance of the CITES Convention. We have carefully selected a handful of botanical ingredients. Our preferred model is to supply in bulk quantities. Most oils only have a shelf life of two years, and it is for this reason that we do not carry much stock, or any stock at all. In order to provide the freshest oil, we inform our customers of the harvest times, prepare samples, and submit the products for analysis. Our competitive differentiator is that we source similar products from multiple producers. Higher value oils can be sold in smaller quantities, but generally, our minimum order quantity is five litres. We only source products from proven producers with sound track records. In some instances, there might be more than one producer for the same product. In these instances we provide our customers with choices. The reason for deciding a certain producer could actually be about the texture, colour, smell or even geographical location. Additionally, our product list will grow continually.
