How to use
Skin – The oil can be applied on the face, neck, and whole body. Massage the oil in a circular motion until absorbed into your skin.
This delicate oil is also great for adults and babies to use as a massage oil.
Hair – Use moringa oil by applying a few drops on the scalp hair and gently massaging it. Leave it for an hour and rinse with warm water.
Cuts and bruises – To use moringa seed oil for cuts and bruises, clean the affected area and apply a small amount of the oil 2-3 times per day. Massage the oil into the skin until it is fully absorbed. Moringa seed oil may help reduce swelling and redness, speed healing, and prevent infection.
Beard – Pour a small amount of moringa seed oil into the palm of your hand. The amount you need will depend on the length and thickness of your beard, but a good starting point is about a dime-sized amount. Then rub your hands together to evenly distribute the oil, and massage the oil into your beard, starting at the roots and working your way down to the tips.
Use a comb or brush to distribute the oil throughout your beard evenly. Repeat this process once a day.
