Our organic black cumin oil comes from 100% genuine black cumin from Austria. Especially recommended for a healthy diet, this oil is gladly taken daily. The spicy taste of organic black cumin oil is also found in the kitchen – especially recommended with rice dishes. However, we advise against heating it. Recommended dosage: one teaspoon a day – before or at breakfast. If the taste is too intense, the oil can also be sweetened with honey.
