Use:
Milk thistle supports normal digestion, liver function and purification, contributes to the body’s natural defenses and resistance. Dandelion, chicory and calendula support normal liver function. Nettle supports the normal activity of the kidneys, promotes excretion.
Classification:
Dietary supplement. Herbal tea, portioned in infusion bags. Composition (in 1 infusion bag): Milk thistle – fruit 900 mg, milk thistle – root 225 mg, chicory – 225 mg, nettle – 75 mg, calendula – flower 75 mg.
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let it infuse for 15 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
1 cup per day.
