Composition (in 1 infusion bag):
Hawthorn leaf 560 mg, blueberry leaf 560 mg, oman root 480 mg.
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let it infuse for 15 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
2 cups per day.
