Brandy (Grappa) with medicinal herb Ruta is created by blending high quality grape brandy with the herb Ruta through the process of maceration. This strong, grape based brandy is characteristic for the Adriatic region, traditionally made by past generations as a digestif, but also as a natural antiseptic.
The Ruta Brandy features a translucent characterful green colour of the herb, while its taste is pungent and mildly bitter. Its characterful taste massages our taste buds when served well cooled.
