Black Soybean Hull (BSH) Polyphenols from Global Natural Products Pioneer BGG have a powerful Antioxidant Effect due to their high content of polyphenolic compounds, especially Anthocynins.
Anthocyanins are a group of Flavonoids. The coating present on Black Soybeans (Black Soybean Hulls) has been found to be rich in properties that BGG has found, through a proprietary process and a special way to extract, thereby preserving and maintaining their original potency and maximizing their properties. These properties principally are Cyanidin-3-Glucoside (C3G), Delphinidin-3-Glucoside (D3G) and Petunidin-3-Glucoside (Pt3G).
In this introduction, BGG’s proprietary and patented process to produce Black Soybean Hull Polyphenols will be referred to as BGG-BSHP.
Black Soybean Hulls have been used widely as natural health food ingredient. It is well recorded that Anthocynins have chemical benefits that can prevent coronary heart disease and many circulatory disorders, and can be positive in anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory applications; even as a tool for anti-aging.
BGG’s Black Soybean Hull Polyphenols (BGG-BSHP) contain more than 75% Polyphenols and up to 15% Anthocyanins.
PUBLISHED RESEARCH BENEFITS
BGG’s laboratory and sponsored university studies including animal experiments have shown that BGG-BSHP or BGG-BSHP+GAH (D-glucosamine hydrochloride) is effective on monosodium iodoacetate induced osteoarthritis, and fructose-rich diet-induced insulin resistance in rats. The results observed/proved that both BGG-BSHP and GAH may significantly attenuate cartilage erosion and proteoglycan loss of articular cartilage; also that BGG-BSHP can lower increased glucose and insulin levels induced by a fructose-rich diet in rats.
So BGG-BSHP has the potential to protect joint health and benefit those with diabetes as well.
Another BGG clinical study in which a total of 10 osteoarthritis patients were administered 800 mg/day of BGG-BSHP showed that the symptoms of arthritis were significant alleviated, knee pain was decreased; AND symptoms did not relapse.
SAFETY IN APPLICATION
BGG is always concerned about safety; this is PARAMOUNT. So studies were undertaken with this specific reason and purpose, and as the key objective. The RESULTS showed that BGG’s Black Soybean Hull Polyphenols (BGG-BSHP) Complex had a good effect on relieving osteoarthritis without any observable or measurable side-effects, and that BGG-BSHP has complete stability.
PATENT OBTAINED
BGG’s Black Soybean Hull Polyphenols (BGG-BSHP) Extraction and Formula Process has been awarded a full patent.
FURTHER THIRD PARTY RESEARCH DETAIL
Some researchers reported that Black Soybean seed coat Extract can suppress cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression, which plays a key factor in the development of skin, colon, and breast cancers, thereby can suppress murine tumorigenesis, and it also may contribute to its chemo-preventive potential.
Another study showed that BSH can reduce diabetic mice blood glucose and serum level of malondialdehyde (MDA) and catalase (CAT), increase serum level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), while increasing serum levels of insulin, so it may beneficial for helping to prevent diabetes. Another animal study showed that the activity of serum SOD and monoamine oxide B in mice brain were increase after administrated for BSH 10mg/day, and the results demonstrated the effects of potential anti-aging effects on aged mice.
The strong antioxidant properties were reported on preventing low-density lipoprotein (LDL) from oxidative modification, inhibiting lipid oxidation, scavenging oxidative species, and promoting the expression of anti-oxidative enzymes in cells; BSH can prevent atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
